Trade Receivables Reconciliations
Trade Receivable or Customer Reconciliations form part of AMCS's Fraud Prevention and Detection Services to Prevent and Detect the Loss of Assets Due to Fraud. Timely and regular Trade Receivable or Customer Reconciliations are important to Prevent and quickly Detect Misuse and Misappropriation of Assets due to Fraud.
Independent Trade Receivable or Customer Reconciliations also reduce the risk of loss due to fraud from collusion amongst employees and/or collusion amongst employees and customers.
If instances of Misuse or Missappropriation of Assets are identified during the review, AMCS can resolve anomalies or instances of suspected fraud by performing Fraud Investigation (Fraud Examination) Services.
Asset Inspections also include: Inspection of Assets, Inventory Counts and Inspection, Cash Counts and Point Of Sale Reconciliations, Investment Securities Counts and Inspections, Trade Payables or Supplier Reconciliations, Trade Receivables Reconciliation, General Ledger Account Reconciliation, Jamaica Tax Return Reviews
These inspections can be performed daily, weekly or monthly based on the nature of the entity’s activities and its requirements.
